Our planning includes creating a Wayleave Agreement, as this gives us permission to carry out works on a property of a Landlord, Housing Association or Local Authority, with the outcome to install, maintain or repair the network equipment on a property.

Internal Surveying & Planning

Surveys are an important part of the overall strategy. At DELTEQ we conduct our surveys by physically attending sites, walking the proposed routes and keeping track of the existing and new findings.

As the first step of the network building process, our fibre network planning team aims to deliver detailed planning packs at industry standard levels. We hold a young, flexible and customer-focused planning team, which offer a wide array of planning services, for single dwelling units (SDU), multiple dwelling units (MDU) and businesses. Including FTTH, FTTP, B2B, SDU, MDU and pole-installation from distribution routes to access routes. We frequently liaise with our field teams to ensure the installation documents are applicable on site specifically.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

UNDERGROUND INSTALLS

With our extensive diversity on installs we have been able to offer and provide a 1.5 Fix style service with growing success. With this fix being directed at SDU level (Single Dwelling Units) it has allowed us to offer a bespoke install, where we install individual underground ducting to each premise using existing network or creating our own to feed individual houses which are isolated from Fibre optic networks. Working with partners to expand this operation has allowed us to reach more customers providing a structurally solid and efficient service, creating a more diverse Fibre network across London. 

SECOND FIX

We provide a bespoke second fix install service, having complete over 1500 installs in the past year alone. We can complete second fix installs on both MDU and SDU platforms, always aiming to minimize visual impact of equipment and internal cabling, as well as finding the best suited insertion point for the fiber optic cable into the property. Providing services like this has allowed us to create a near invisible cable presence in the customers property. 

We have multiple fully qualified teams trained and dedicated to fault tracking and resolution of issues on live fibre networks. All teams are equipped with high end EXFO equipment to complete trace and identify any kind of faults on any given network. We provide 24-hour service, including operatives and management to get faults resolved and customers back on-line within a 18-hour window from when the fault is called, in to resolution. Having dealt with over 600 Outages in the last two years, our teams can identify and resolve faults in the most efficient and time sensitive manner to avoid any further disruption to the network and its users.
